Where are you getting the numbers? I see over 100 for sale (125+ active listings with only 2-3 in escrow).

Can you show me where you get the forclosure numbers? If 40 is accurate, wow.

It will be far worse in 2009.

I think a couple of other Silicon Valley guys posted a year or 2 back under the name Orpheus and Gourmand the very same thing.
