Handy. where did you get this info? The project went out to bid but no one seems to know who won the bid. Also, CMS, if it has already been designed, is usually included as part of the scope.

As long as the military continues to pay for off base housing, the rents will remain high. A percentage of the nurses at both CHOMP and Salinas Valley Memorial are married to NPS students. My wife works at both hospitals and she gets to hear how a nurse, making over $100K per year and their Navy LT....
